JSW Infrastructure Limited has signed a concession agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary, JSW Kolkata Container Terminal Private Limited, with the Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority in Kolkata. The agreement, executed on September 15, 2025, grants a 30-year concession for the reconstruction of Berth 8 and mechanisation of Berths 7 and 8 at Netaji Subhas Dock under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer model through the public-private partnership route.
