After taking over the microbiology department last semester, I realized a lot of our tools are outdated or worn out. The autoclave, for one, is older than most of our grad students. We’ve got some budget for replacements, but I want to avoid the cheap, short-lived stuff we got burned by in the past. Does anyone have leads on trusted suppliers for lab-grade microbiology tools?
