Types of Meditation A Simple Guide to Deep Practice
.Find a comfortable sitting position: cross-legged, on a chair, or even lying down if needed.
.Gaze at an image of Guru Siyag for a minute or two until it’s etched in your mind.
.Close your eyes and silently ask, “Help me meditate for 15 minutes.”
.Focus on Guru Siyag’s image at your third eye (center of your forehead).
.Chant the mantra silently for 15 minutes, while staying relaxed.
.Let go of any involuntary movements or sensations; these are part of your internal cleansing.
.Don’t worry if you don’t see visions or feel intense vibrations—progress is still happening!
.Trust that your meditation will end exactly when you set the time limit.
