While cheap business class can be expensive, it is not only about some complimentary lunch and champagne on an airplane. Business class passengers are given the first priority over the other general economy flight passengers. These can be in the form of first check-in, boarding, free upgrade to first class, and many others. No other additional charges for normal flight requests like cancellation, refund, flight changes, and many others.
