We provide dedicated support to help assist you with MatDeck as well as custom function and features development to provide you with new functions and features.
Dedicated support includes the support worker assisting the user in the user’s application using MatDeck’s features and functionalities. Like most services it is charged per the hour. Custom function and features development revolves around writing additional custom dedicated software which interfaces with the existing MatDeck application. This allows the client to have all of MatDeck’s features and functions plus dedicated features and functions.
