[David Hooper]: Thank you for having me. My journey into the cannabis industry is quite unconventional. As a participant in New York State's social equity program for justice-involved individuals, I saw an opportunity to not only rebuild my life but also contribute positively to my community. Cannabis has always intrigued me, so when the chance arose to be part of this emerging industry, I seized it.
