Experience: Min 10-12 Years of experience in IT Infrastructure industry handling process of operations and Service Delivery in ITIL framework
Salary: Upto 15LPA
Notice Period: Upto 30 days

Roles & Responsibilities
Should have good knowledge on IT Infrastructure Operations.
Should have experience in creating strategy to implement and operate the IT Infrastructure Operations in the framework of ITIL.
Should have implemented Quality Process for all the Business, Service Delivery Operations, Transition in Infrastructure Space.
Should have knowledge on IT Transition, implementation,Operational Activities and accordingly creating all the necessary documentation and Templates required.
Should have exposure in creating SOP for the account requirement.
Should have experience in conducting Internal Audit and submitting the report highlighting, compliance adherence, non – compliance details, Risk and should come out with Mitigation Plan. Working towards the closure through the respective teams.
Should have experience in Training the Team members in ITIL Standards.
Should have experience in coordinating with external agencies for planning, organizing, the external audits and focus to get the certification and as well in planning for surveillance audits to retain the certification.
Should have experience in closure of any NC in external audits by coordinating with the respective departments and highlighting if there are any challenges.
Should have experience in overseeing the process to ensure SLAs are published and met by respective teams.
Should have experience in providing tactical and strategic recommendations based on ITSM key performance measures.
