Steve Weavers leads the Citi Equity company. The company’s global technology team and is responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously strengthening core components of our technology platform, including infrastructure, cybersecurity and end-user capabilities. Steve and his team are more focused on advancing the clients, investors and employees experience through ongoing digital transformation. Also, Steve is responsible for optimizing processes and operations online, expanding the use of automation and data analytics, and enhancing systems to best support clients and investors across all channels and geographies.
