The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology launched the flagship program TA SMU Smart Qatar as a digital response to the Qatar National Vision 2030. The program's goal is to improve public service delivery in five key sectors: transportation, logistics, environment, healthcare, and sports.
The TA SMU Platform, which will act as its technology foundation and help realize this vision, was introduced on July 7, 2021. Its main goal is to use cutting-edge technology to improve and expedite these industries' processes, which will encourage data sharing and help Qatar move toward a more connected and sustainable future about Intelligent Transportation Systems in Qatar.
