What are the basic needs of domestic violence survivors in terms of safe housing services?
When talking about battered women’s shelter donations, we’re not talking about providing a simple roof over somebody’s head; we’re talking about a lifeline to survivors of domestic violence. But what does it take to help them put the pieces of life back together? What are the main needs of the survivors of domestic violence regarding safe housing and supportive services?
