They labelled the categorization therbligs table. Effective therbligs outperform quasi therbligs in terms of productivity. Gilbreth found that, while the time required to complete an effective therblig can be lowered, it would be extremely hard to eradicate. Non-effective therbligs, in contrast hand, should really be avoided at all cost.
