DTDC Express, one of India’s integrated logistics companies, has launched an all-women-operated dark store in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, marking a major step in combining operational excellence with gender empowerment in the logistics sector. The 700 sq. ft. facility, managed entirely by women, handles end-to-end operations, right from warehousing and last-mile delivery to client servicing, with a two-hour delivery turnaround under the company’s rapid commerce service, DTDC Raftaar.
