    There have been many health experts advise you to have a healthy life and increased physical activity such as sports . They argue that the exercise diligent in their 20s can have a positive impact on health to long term , including in your old age .

    A study that was launched from bbc.co.uk back support that statement . Research conducted by a team of researchers from the University of Minnesota , Minneapolis say that one sport that is running can boost brain function such as sharpen memory and improve thinking skills .

    Dr. David Jacobs who was one of the researchers explained that when you are running , then your blood circulation going well and smoothly . Circulating blood flow in the heart so as to increase the blood supply in several other vital organs such as the brain . As a result , your brain becomes more healthy and able to function optimally .

    " Your body is an integral and interconnected . Therefore if you maintain the health of one organ well , then this will have an impact on the health of other organs , " he explained .
