England back to efficient scoring

England made an incredible comeback versus Bangladesh, beating them by 106 runs at the Sophia Gardens in Cardiff. It was also their second ODI triumph against the Tigers since 2007. Jason Roy and Jonny Bairstow scored a 128-run stand in 19.1 overs, Joe Root contributed 29-ball 21, and Joe Buttler scored 64 with two fours and a couple of sixes. Eoin Morgan got 35 of 33 balls.

India’s World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh has decided to end his international and first-class career. The legendary cricketer who gave his everything to win the World Cup for his country in 2011 has not been part of the Indian team since June 2017.

Yuvraj Singh didn’t play consistently for India after the 2011 World Cup. He was diagnosed with cancer after the tournament and had to undergo treatment. He made a stunning comeback but was in and out frequently. His last ICC event was Champions Trophy 2017 where India reached the final and lost to Pakistan.
